If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return your purchase from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we will let you know that we got it back. After that, we will immediately inspect the return and notify you of the status of your refund. We just have to make sure it wasn’t damaged and we are able to re-sell it.  

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 4 business days.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to refund shipping costs.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
